| Project Nature |
(T26) 1) Software Development of a number of OA Services Portal;
2) OA & ETCC Mobile Apps development;
3) Public Websites developments;
4) Provide support of Active Directories and network services;
5) Programming project(s) related to TSSD and public facing internet, such as Annual Traffic Census, Online Survey and COVID-19 related medical testing;
6) Programming project(s) related to enhancement of operations and maintenance TD's network infrastructure.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the TD;
1) Be responsible for the assigned new software system development and maintenance of existing systems;
2) Be responsible for OA & ETCC Mobile App support and enhancement request;
3) Be responsible for development of public facing websites (such as COVID-19 Test) by adopting Government Cloud platform;
4) Be responsible for the daily AD and network services request;
5) Provide system maintenance and support to various in-house Web-based application systems; and
6) Administrate specific Application Systems servers.
7) To perform other duties assigned by SE/IT and his delegates

| Requirements |
1) Possess at least one years' post-qualification programming experience;
2) Previous work experience in web-based (particularly using LandD Map engine and Laravel Frameowrk), deployment via Government Cloud and mobile software development (Flutter);
3) Strong technical knowledge on web development technologies, including REACT and PHP;
4) Possess basic knowledge in systems analysis and design;
5) Good communication and English writing skills.
Technical Skills:
. At least 3 years' experience in MySQL (MSQ);
. At least 3 years' experience in .Net Development (NDE);
. At least 3 years' experience in PHP programming (PHP);
. 3 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM) is an advantage;
. 3 years' experience in Windows NT Server Administration & Network Support (WNT) is an advantage;
. 3 years' experience in Networking (NET) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. Good written English is an advantage;
. 2 years' experience in helpdesk call handling (HDT) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
