Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the TD; 1) To perform security monitoring and analysing. Ensure proper defence, such as anti-virus software, passwords, and firewalls for vulnerabilities, weakness and for possible upgrades or improvement; 2) To perform network and infrastructure (incl. Departmental Portal, Active Directory, Endpoint Security, 2 Factor Authentication solution etc.) system administration and support; 3) To provide information security advice and requirements to IT teams for application, system and network implementation; 4) To assist in design and development OA applications; 5) Assist in IT Project including prepare procurement documents, evaluation of new software and features, testing, troubleshooting, technical support, implementation and coordinate with contractors; 6) Monitoring the performance of the systems; 7) To design, develop, and maintain applications to meet requirements, ensuring high performance and reliability. 8) To perform any other IT-related duties as directed by SE/IT from time to time. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 5.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements 1) Staff provided should have at least five years post-qualification IT experience of which two years must be in a similar post and in a comparable capacity to this post; 2) Degree holder or equivalent in computer science or information technology; 3) Experience in implementation and support Microsoft Active Directory and Departmental Portal; 4) Knowledge in network and security technologies, in particular Anti-Virus Technology and Data Encryption Technology; and 5) Good communication and English writing skill. 6) Solid hands-on experience in application development and system maintenance. 7) Experience in Linux & Shell Scripting for system management and automation. Technical Skills: . At least 2 years' experience in Microsoft Active Directory Administration (ADA); . At least 2 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM); . At least 2 years' experience in Anti-Virus Technology (AVT); . At least 2 years' experience in Endpoint Security Solutions (ESS); . 2 years' experience in Storage Area Network (SAN) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in Departmental Portal (DPS) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in Authentication Server (AUS) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . Good written English is a must; . At least 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV); . 1 year's experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in IT service/outsourcing management (OUT) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in IT procurement (PRO) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 5 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
