(T26) This is a CSA position responsible for implementation and maintenance of new and existing application systems related to taxation.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the IRD;
(1) To collect user requirements and conduct systems analysis & design;
(2) To lead programmers to complete the development tasks;
(3) To prepare program specifications and supervise programmers in performing application development/enhancement;
(4) To prepare and conduct tests including system tests, load tests, resilience tests, backup and recovery tests, disaster recovery drills, etc.
(5) To assist users in conducting User Acceptance Tests;
(6) To prepare system rollout and system documentation;
(7) To perform and lead subordinates to provide on-going support and maintenance to various application systems related to taxation; and
(8) To perform any other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

| Requirements |
(1) The candidate shall have solid hands-on experience in:
(a) System analysis & design, and implementation of web applications and batch jobs;
(b) Java programming and various Java frameworks (e.g. Spring);
(c) Javascript programming; and
(d) SAS programming.
(2) The candidate is required to provide on-call support services and occasionally work in non-office hours including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Technical Skills:
. At least 6 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP);
. At least 6 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV);
. At least 6 years' experience in XML (XML);
. At least 4 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM);
. At least 4 years' experience in Java Application Framework (e.g. Struts (Apache)) (JAF);
. At least 4 years' experience in SAS (SAS);
. At least 4 years' experience in Unix/Linux Shell Scripting (ULS).
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. 1 year's experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS) is an advantage;
. Good written English is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 8 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 4 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
