| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time seconded to a leading bank;
- Support business Management Information System (MIS) requests and campaign activities from various departments and stakeholder;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to consolidate their specific analytic requirement and prepare functional design documentation;
- Support the analytics data model maintenance and data asset management;
- Extract and compile data from multiple sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy;
- Conduct regular check of MIS processes to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures;
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to data or reporting;
- Continuously evaluate and improve MIS processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness;
- Support ad-hoc analysis and administrative request.

| Requirements |
- Bachelor’s degree or Statistics, Information Technology, Information Systems, or other data analytics relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 2 - 5 years of business analysis relevant work experience
- Proficiency in SQL and familiar with related data tools such as python / SAS / Tableau/ OAS is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, attention to detail and the ability to ensure data accuracy and quality
- Banking, Financial Services or Fintech industry experience preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
