In addition, implementation of enhancements for a government-wide API gateway platform. Provide operational support and maintenance services for a public-facing and internal API applications, as well as the government-wide API gateway platform. Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO; - To conduct requirement study, system architectural design, application design, system development, system testing, and user acceptance for the implementation of address search function and enhancements to the government wide API gateway platform. - To provide maintenance for the public-facing and internal API applications, as well as the government-wide API gateway platform, including but not limited to web applications, API gateway platform, API applications, etc. - To support public enquiries and internal government department enquiries regarding the API application and the government-wide API gateway platform. - To support the operation of the public-facing and internal API applications, as well as the government-wide API gateway platform, including but not limited to the data consolidation, maintenance of the public-facing theme page, user support for onboarding arrangements and the use of the API gateway platform, etc. - To perform system design and program development of related programs to enhance service quality. - To provide production support, including but not limited to troubleshooting production issues, monitoring system stability, production rollout, system nursing, etc. - To perform any other work as assigned by the supervisor Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 4.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements - At least 3 years working experience in Java program and web application development, web service, MySQL or equivalent and web application server - At least 2 years working experience in system analysis and design - Preferably with experience and sound knowledge in AI, AI modeling, Solr, container based technology, such as Kubernetes or Red Hat OpenShift, API Management Application and public cloud solution - Candidate should have good command of spoken Cantonese and good command of spoken and writing skill in English Technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV); . At least 3 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM); . At least 3 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL); . At least 3 years' experience in Web Services (WSV). Non-technical Skills: . At least 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . 1 year's experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
