Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) Provision of operation and user support services for IT related activities for DCD. Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the HD; 1. Assist users in using computer applications including initial project setup, data updates/extraction, report generation, user training and coaching. 2. Supporting GIS system and operate the 3D printer in BIM Centre. Proper training may be provided for various internal systems. 3. Assist users in reporting and resolving IT problems in collaboration with Helpdesk, relevant business users, and IT support team(s). 4. Perform other IT operation support tasks, such as web conferences, physical conferences, presentations, scanning of documents, and, coordinating the replacement, management and maintenance of PCs, peripherals and IT inventory records. 5. Perform other office duties instructed by the direct supervisor. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 2.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 2.0 Requirements 1. Refer to the requirements specified in the Skill and Experience Section below. 2. Occasionally require to work overtime, and provide on-site support at premises other than HA Headquarters, such as user office at construction site. Technical Skills: . At least 1 year's experience in PC LAN Support (PLS); . At least 1 year's experience in Windows 7/8/10 (W10); . 6 months' experience in Microsoft Active Directory Administration (ADA) is an advantage; . 6 months' experience in Office Automation (OAN) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . 6 months' experience in helpdesk call handling (HDT) is an advantage; . 6 months' experience in conducting IT training/briefing (ITT) is an advantage. - At least Level 2 or above in 5 subjects including Chinese and English Language in HKDSEE or Grade E or above in 5 subjects, including Chinese and English Language (Syl B) in HKCEE or equivalent; - At least 2 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
