| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the LD;
- To perform on-going maintenance and application support for multi-tier web-based systems as well as liaison with staff in third party contractor and other B/Ds such as DPO
- Carry out system enhancement and other tasks assigned by supervisors
- Test and conduct the version upgrade for all kinds of software of the application systems in LD
- Conduct site inspection at the service center of the awarded contractor
- Safeguard the findings of any kinds of SRAA exercise
- Perform real time system monitoring of the application systems
- Update system documentation
- Configurate the network infrastructure
- Perform all kinds of system testing, such as DR drill, Resilient drill, Backup and
- Recovery, Load test and Stress test etc
- Setup and maintenance the real-time monitoring and auto log review mechanism
- Perform security patch update

| Requirements |
- Must have solid experience in Infrastructure
- Must have solid experience in JAVA Programming
- Must have solid experience in J2EE Development
- Must have solid experience in Linux System Administration
- Must have solid experience in Security Risk Assessment
- Must have work experience in the Government
- Must have solid experience in Management and Support of Government Systems & Services
- Must have solid experience in Helpdesk Call Handling Technique
- Must have solid experience in Vendor Management
- Experience in Apache Web Server is highly desirable
- Experience in Java Application Framework is highly desirable
- Experience in MySQL/MariaDB is highly desirable
- Experience in GCIS such as IaaS, DBaaS is highly desirable
- Experience in setting up the real-time monitoring is highly desirable
- Experience in setting up the auto log review is highly desirable
- Work experience in the Labour Department is desirable
- Interview will be conducted in both Cantonese and English
- Written test may be required during the interview
Technical Skills:
. At least 4 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV);
. At least 4 years' experience in J2EE Development (JDE);
. At least 4 years' experience in Linux System Administration (LIN);
. At least 4 years' experience in Infrastructure (INF);
. At least 4 years' experience in Security Risk Assessment (SRA);
. 3 years' experience in Apache Web Server (AWS) is an advantage;
. 3 years' experience in Java Application Framework (e.g. Struts (Apache)) (JAF) is an advantage;
. 3 years' experience in MySQL (MSQ) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 4 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. At least 4 years' experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS);
. At least 4 years' experience in helpdesk call handling (HDT);
. At least 4 years' experience in vendor management (VMG).
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
