| Project Nature |
(T26) To develop, enhance and support e-government services in connection with the Change of Address (COA), the iAM Smart and MyGovHK services. The COA service allows public users to change the address records of various B/Ds and non-government organizations in one go. The iAM Smart initiative will support Hong Kong residents to use a single digital identity and authentication to conduct government and commercial transactions online. MyGovHK is the personalised website of the Government which provides public users a user-friendly and personalised user experience in interacting with the government.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO;
The CSSA will be required to
1. perform analysis and design, program development, system enhancement and testing of the COA service in connection with iAM Smart;
2. provide maintenance, troubleshooting, system monitoring, and technical support on the day-to-day operation of COA and MyGovHK related services;
3. coordinate and work closely with government departments and other organizations to ensure smooth integration and operation of the enhanced COA service, including analysing user requirements, designing and implementing changes, supporting user acceptance test and coordinating the service rollout; and
4. perform other project related duties as designated by supervisors.
The successful applicant will be required to work closely with related system project teams and government departments.

| Requirements |
1. Candidate should possess experience in implementation of web-based online systems.
2. Candidate should possess solid IT application development skills using Javascript and Java Programming.
3. Candidate with experience in mobile app implementation is an advantage.
4. Candidate should have strong sense of analytical and problem solving skills.
5. Candidate should be hard-working and self-motivate with positive attitude.
6. Candidate should be a team-player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical Skills:
. At least 3 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP);
. At least 3 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV);
. At least 2 years' experience in HTML5 (HT5);
. 1 year's experience in Java Application Framework (e.g. Struts (Apache)) (JAF) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in JBoss Application Server (JAS) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in J2EE Development (JDE) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Web Services (WSV) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skill:
. 1 year's experience in managing G2B and G2C projects (GBC) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
