| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the LD;
- Liaise with users on the confirmation of user requirements, and perform system analysis and design
- Lead and guide developers to complete assigned jobs
- Assist project manager and supervisor to control and monitor project progress
- Update system documentation
- Perform the code review and performance tuning
- Coordinate and prepare the various of survey return to DPO
- Prepare and review project deliverables
- Carry out other duties as assigned by the supervisor

| Requirements |
- Must have solid experience in Data Architecture
- Must have solid experience in JBoss Application Server
- Must have solid experience in JAVA Programming
- Must have solid experience in Multi-tier System Integration
- Must have solid experience in Microsoft SQL Server
- Must have solid experience in Web Hosting, Design and Maintenance
- Must have work experience in the Government
- Must have solid experience in IT Procurement
- Must have solid experience in Management and Support of Government Systems & Services
- Experience in GCIS Administration and Management is highly desirable
- Experience and skills in enterprise application development projects using Java Spring, Hibernate, etc. is highly desirable
- Experience in Angular and Node.js is highly desirable
- Experience in MySQL/MariaDB is highly desirable
- Experience in Structured Query Language is highly desirable
- Work experience in the Labour Department is desirable
- Interview will be conducted in both Cantonese and English
- Written test may be required during the interview
Technical Skills:
. At least 6 years' experience in Data Architecture (DAR);
. At least 6 years' experience in JBoss Application Server (JAS);
. At least 6 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV);
. At least 6 years' experience in Multi-tier System Integration (MSI);
. At least 6 years' experience in Microsoft SQL Server (MSS);
. At least 6 years' experience in Web Hosting, Design and Maintenance (WED);
. 4 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL) is an advantage;
. 4 years' experience in MySQL (MSQ) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 6 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. At least 6 years' experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS);
. At least 4 years' experience in IT procurement (PRO).
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
