Job Key No 34839 Job Title/ Category Contract Systems Analyst (Bid Ref 55244-1) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Others Nature Contract Deadline 01 Aug 2025 Contract Period 01 Sep 2025 to 31 Aug 2026 (12 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Government T26 Contract Location Base Wan Chai Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) Responsible for development, migration and on-going maintenance for system, requirements analysis, IT operational support, IT procurement, security compliance and domain management Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the LD; - Assist IT manager in project management and staff supervision - Supervise a team of staff for development and maintenance of in-house application systems and perform quality assurance on deliverables - Gather and analyze user requirements for proposed changes to system and OA facilities - Oversee and perform server management tasks for both Windows and Linux environments, including installation, configuration, maintenance, security patching, and performance optimization - Manage and maintain the Active Directory domain structure, including the creation, modification, and deletion of Organizational Units (OUs) - Conduct the Active Directory and File Server migration - Prepare IT procurement specifications, conduct technical evaluations, and assist in selecting appropriate solutions - Conduct site preparation for new offices - Conduct regular security risk audits and assessments with external auditors and system disaster recovery drill - To carry out other duties as assigned by the supervisor Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 4.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements - Must have solid experience in Microsoft Active Directory Administration - Must have solid experience in Windows Server Administration & Network Support - Must have solid experience in Linux System Administration - Must have solid experience in System Backup Operation - Must have solid experience in Security Risk Assessment and Audit - Must have solid experience in IT Procurement - Must have solid experience in People Management - Must have solid experience in Site Preparation Experience - Must have work experience with/in the Government - Experience in MS ASP.NET is highly desirable - Experience in Data Architecture is highly desirable - Experience in Structured Query Language is highly desirable - Experience in Systems Disaster Recovery is highly desirable - Interview will be conducted in both Cantonese and English - Work experience in the Labour Department is desirable - Written test may be required during the interview Technical Skills: . At least 6 years' experience in Microsoft Active Directory Administration (ADA); . At least 6 years' experience in Linux System Administration (LIN); . At least 6 years' experience in Windows NT Server Administration & Network Support (WNT); . At least 4 years' experience in Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SAA); . At least 4 years' experience in System Backup Operation (BKO); . 1 year's experience in Data Architecture (DAR) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in MS ASP.NET (MSA) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Structured Query Language (SQL) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 6 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 5 years' experience in IT procurement (PRO); . At least 4 years' experience in site preparation (SPE); . At least 4 years' experience in people management (PMG). - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
