The main duties are: (1) To be responsible for providing support for intensive production of web content materials for e-learning portal website; (2) To be responsible for providing system management and technical support to e-learning portal website and training administrative system; (3) To be responsible for designing and developing web application programs for enriching e learning portal website and training administrative system; (4) To be responsible for designing and developing quick enhancement of web application systems for effective sharing of information across multiple applications; (5) To liaise with parties concerned (including system owners, business users, vendors and DPO) for conducting system analysis and design, system implementation and integration and ongoing activities support; (6) To assist supervisors in vendor management and managing outsourcing activities including quality assurance of deliverables and service acceptance; and (7) To support supervisors in providing technical advice to management, users or communities as appropriate. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 4.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements (1) Diploma holder or above, majoring in Information Technology/Systems, Computer Science, Information Engineering or related disciplines, or equivalent; (2) A minimum of 4 years' post-qualification information technology experience of which 1 year must be in a similar post and in a comparable capacity; (3) Solid working experience in web application development; (4) Hands-on experience in HTML5, Javascript (Angular JS, React or Node.js), CSS, Java, .NET C#, RDBMS (MySQL, Oracle or MS-SQL Server) and PHP; (5) Knowledge and experience in system support or program development with both J2EE application development frameworks (e.g. Spring, Hibernate, etc.) and .NET C# would be an advantage; (6) Working experience in Government bureaux/departments; (7) Strong analytical and problem solving skills; (8) Good interpersonal and communication skills and a team player; and (9) Good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English. Technical Skills: . At least 4 years' experience in .NET C# (NEC); . At least 3 years' experience in Web Programming (WEB); . At least 3 years' experience in HTML5 (HT5); . At least 3 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP); . At least 3 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV); . At least 1 year's experience in PHP programming (PHP); . 2 years' experience in Web Services (WSV) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in Microsoft SQL Server (MSS) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in IT Security (ITS) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 2 years' experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS); . At least 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV); . 1 year's experience in IT service/outsourcing management (OUT) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
