Job Key No 34743 Job Title/ Category Contract Senior Systems Analyst (Bid Ref 55166-1) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Application Development Nature Contract Deadline 31 Jul 2025 Contract Period 01 Sep 2025 to 28 Feb 2026 (5 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Government T26 Contract Location Base Homantin, Kowloon Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) Staff may be assigned to different office locations under Hong Kong Housing Authority Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the HD; (i) Coordinate and provide system maintenance and support services (handling of incident / defect, new requirement assessment, etc.) of the Housing Construction Management Enterprise System (HOMES) and other IT application systems and to ensure the services are in compliance with the IT Service Management (ITSM) requirements of the Hong Kong Housing Authority; (ii) Coordinate and provide system maintenance and support services (handling of incident / defect, new requirement assessment, etc.) of the Specification Library Information System (SLIS) and to ensure the services are in compliance with the IT Service Management (ITSM) requirements of the Hong Kong Housing Authority; (iii) Implement system enhancement, including requirement collection, system analysis and design, application development, testing and program deployment; (iv) Coordinate and support users on incident/defect handling; (v) Coordinate with users and vendor to support remote site monitoring services for construction sites (vi) Study requirements and arrange procurement of remote site monitoring services; and (vii) Liaise and work with stakeholders such as users, project teams and vendors for completing the above effectively Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 6.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 2.0 Requirements 1) Meet the mandatory requirements stipulated in the Skill and Experience Section; and 2) Possess solid technical skills in the Skill and Experience Section 3) Possess experience in supporting construction related IT application is preferred Technical Skills: . At least 5 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM); . At least 4 years' experience in Oracle RDBMS (ODB); . At least 3 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM); . 4 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP) is an advantage; . 3 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 5 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 4 years' experience in IT service/outsourcing management (OUT); . At least 2 years' experience in Government procurement/disposal procedures (GPD); . At least 2 years' experience in quality audit under CMMI or ISO (QAT); . 1 year's experience in quality assurance (QAS) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
