(T26) This is a CSSA position responsible for liaising and providing advisory services to various government bureaux/departments (B/Ds) to support the use of the Digital Corporate Identity (CorpID), including design, implementation and system rollout.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO;
1. To provide advisory services to B/Ds to support the use of CorpID for their e-services;
2. To stocktake the number of e-services to support the use of CorpID and closely monitor the progress of related B/Ds;
3. To work with the technical team in the course of implementation of CorpID Platform;
4. To review relevant ordinances, standards, regulations and guidelines in data privacy, security and best practices to ensure the compliance of the CorpID system components and processes;
5. To compile various statistics related to CorpID services for monitoring CorpID usage and service performance, and facilitating management decision;
6. To provide helpdesk services to resolve the enquiries from B/Ds;
7. To plan and carry out promotional activities to promote CorpID in different events; and
8. To carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

| Requirements |
The candidate is required to
- have at least 2 years of experience in business analyst, client liaison work, helpdesk services and project management
- possess strong sense of analytical and problem solving skills
- possess hands on working experience of development of mobile app, web application and RESTful APIs
- possess good command of English and good English writing skills
- possess knowledge and experience in supporting users on system integration
Criminal record verification by the Hong Kong Police Force is required.
Technical Skills:
. At least 1 year's experience in HTML5 (HT5);
. At least 1 year's experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP);
. At least 1 year's experience in JAVA Programming (JAV);
. At least 1 year's experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM);
. At least 1 year's experience in Web Hosting, Design and Maintenance (WED);
. 6 months' experience in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) is an advantage;
. 6 months' experience in IT Security (ITS) is an advantage;
. 6 months' experience in Cryptography (CRY) is an advantage;
. 6 months' experience in Electronic Service Delivery (ESD) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in customer service (CLS);
. Good coordination skills is a must;
. Excellent spoken English is a must;
. Excellent written English is a must;
. At least 1 year's experience in quality assurance (QAS);
. 1 year's experience in presentation (PRT) is an advantage;
. Good Putonghua is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
