MyGovHK is the personalised website of the Government. The e-payment web API service facilitates the e-government applications to adopt e-payment via digital wallets. The Pay e-Cheque service enables the public users to upload e-Cheques to settle government bills/fees. The iAM Smart platform supports Hong Kong residents to use a single digital identity and authentication to conduct government and commercial transactions online. Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO; The CSSA will be required to 1. provide maintenance, troubleshooting, system monitoring, and technical support on the day-to-day operation of the e-payment web API, Pay e-Cheque service, MyGovHK and related systems; 2. provide expertise, implementation and technical support for systems supporting promotion activities of iAM Smart; 3. keep abreast of the latest development of government e-services and related technologies, and provide advisory and support services on the system design and implementation, such as responsive web design; 4. carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor. The successful applicant will be required to work closely with related system project teams. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 6.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 2.0 Requirements 1. Candidate should possess extensive working experience in implementing and supporting large-scale web-based online service systems which provide 7x24 high availability service 2. Candidate should possess solid application development skills using Java Enterprise Edition (Java EE), JBoss, JSF, and Javascript 3. Candidate should possess experience in W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 and the Accessible Rich Internet Applications Suite (WAI-ARIA) for web accessibility 4. Candidate should possess strong sense of analytical and problem solving skills 5. Candidate should be hard-working and self-motivated with positive attitude 6. Candidate should be a team-player with good communication and interpersonal skills Technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP); . At least 3 years' experience in JBoss Application Server (JAS); . At least 3 years' experience in J2EE Development (JDE); . At least 2 years' experience in JavaServer Faces (JSF) (JSF); . 1 year's experience in Microsoft SQL Server (MSS) is an advantage. Non-technical Skill: . 1 year's experience in managing G2B and G2C projects (GBC) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
