Job Key No 34736 Job Title/ Category Contract Senior Systems Analyst (Bid Ref 55273-1) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Others Nature Contract Deadline 30 Jul 2025 Contract Period 01 Sep 2025 to 31 Aug 2026 (12 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Government T26 Contract Location Base Kwun Tong Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) IT Application Specialist as well as Infrastructure and Technical Architect for GRS Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the CSO; Overseeing and providing IT advisory support to the day-to-day operation of the Government Office Automation (GOA) network as well as the System Maintenance and Support of the Integrated Information Access System (IIAS), the Storage Allocation, Records Centre Information System (SARCIS) and the Electronic Records Keeping System (ERKS) in GRS; Devising plans and implementing latest security solutions, Windows 10 migration, email system upgrade and preparing for future new email system for GRS Managing GRS website such as security monitoring; Providing technical support and advice on IT matters and issues such as IT security, access control, log and IT inventory management, procurement, maintenance, upgrading and disposal of IT hardware, software, and equipment; and Providing technical support and advice on IT systems in GRS and to assist in their maintenance/enhancement Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 12.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 9.0 Requirements Proven relevant experience, and experience in ERKS project implementation for provision of on-going systems and technical support, knowledge on cloud solution Technical Skills: . At least 12 years' experience in Confidential Mail System (CMS); . At least 8 years' experience in Oracle RDBMS (ODB); . At least 8 years' experience in Website Administration (WEA); . At least 6 years' experience in Document Management System (DMS); . At least 5 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL); . 5 years' experience in Tomcat Application Server (TOM) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 12 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 9 years' experience in Government procurement/disposal procedures (GPD); . At least 9 years' experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS); . At least 9 years' experience in managing Government projects (MGP); . At least 9 years' experience in contract administration (CON). - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 12 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 9 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
