| Project Nature |
(T26) Government Cloud Infrastructure Services (GCIS) provides central application hosting services for government bureaux and departments to deploy and deliver e-Government services in a rapid pace and cost-effective manner. GCIS Shared Services provide various e-services for shared use among government bureaux and departments. The successful candidate is required to provide application programming and system support on the GCIS Shared Services.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO;
1. To provide technical support on the Java applications and Linux-based systems of GCIS Shared Services
2. To provide technical advice and assist in troubleshooting of problems on GCIS electronic payment system
3. To provide client support on application systems using electronic payment service
4. To assist in the monitoring the performance of the online credit and debit payment service providers
5. To study latest e-Payment methods
6. To perform acceptance testing and validate project deliverables
7. To carry out other project related duties as designated by the supervisors

| Requirements |
Candidate should
1. have solid experience on Java Enterprise Edition (Java EE) development for Internet application system deploying cryptography algorithm and PKI
2. have experience in implementation of electronic payment system (credit card and PPS)
3. have solid experience on Java application system design, implementation, user acceptance testing and nursing
4. have experience in supporting e-Government Infrastructure Services or GCIS Shared Services
5. preferably have experience in hardware security module (HSM) implementation
6. have working experience in mobile native application development on Android and iOS is an advantage
7. be hard-working and self-motivate with positive attitude
8. have strong sense of analytical and problem solving skills
Technical Skills:
. At least 3 years' experience in J2EE Development (JDE);
. At least 3 years' experience in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI);
. At least 3 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM);
. At least 3 years' experience in Cryptography (CRY);
. At least 2 years' experience in EGIS (EGI);
. 2 years' experience in Data Encryption Technology (DET) is an advantage;
. 2 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL) is an advantage;
. 2 years' experience in Wireless and Mobile (WLM) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. 2 years' experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS) is an advantage;
. Good written English is an advantage;
. 2 years' experience in quality assurance (QAS) is an advantage;
. 2 years' experience in software testing (STM) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
