(T26) (T26) This is a CSA post responsible for providing maintenance and support on the blockchain platform and its common services.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO;
- To provide on-going maintenance and support for the blockchain platform and its common services;
- To provide technical and administrative support for B/Ds' blockchain applications hosted in the platform;
- To provide technical advisory support to B/Ds who subscribe the services of the platform;
- To administer all resources provisioned for the platform;
- To maintain the thematic webpage of the platform;
- To assist in vendor management; and
- To perform any other work as assigned by the supervisor.

| Requirements |
1. Possess solid knowledge in open source projects such as Linux, Docker and Hyperledger Fabric;
2. Possess solid knowledge in blockchain application development with Hyperledger Fabric;
3. Possess basic understanding on other blockchain frameworks in the market like FISCO BCOS, Consensys Quorum, R3 Corda, etc.;
4. Possess good sense of analytical and problem solving skills;
5. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills; and
6. Can work independently.
Technical Skills:
. At least 4 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP);
. At least 4 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV);
. At least 1 year's experience in Cryptography (CRY);
. At least 1 year's experience in HTML version before HTML5 (HTM);
. 1 year's experience in Departmental Portal (DPS) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Linux System Administration (LIN) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Unix/Linux Shell Scripting (ULS) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. Good spoken English is a must;
. Good written English is a must;
. 1 year's experience in vendor management (VMG) is an advantage;
. Good Putonghua is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
