Job Key No 34698 Job Title/ Category Contract Analyst Programmer (Bid Ref 55123-1) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Others Nature Contract Deadline 23 Jul 2025 Contract Period 01 Sep 2025 to 28 Feb 2026 (5 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Government T26 Contract Location Base mainly in Lam Tin Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) Provision of IT Maintenance and Technical Support to End Users Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DH; - Provide support in day-to-day IT related technical issues, system administration and information technology security, ensuring the integrity and reliability of IT systems; - Coordinate with end users to assess and provide technical requirements for new IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals; - Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system design specifications, computer operating procedures manuals, and other related materials; - Review deliverables from vendors, such as system designs and documentation, and collaborate with vendors to identify and resolve technical issues across various systems; - Work with contractors to support Tier 1 and Tier 2 information systems, ensuring smooth operation and prompt issue resolution; - Monitor the progress and performance of contractors such as tracking implementation schedules, arranging installation and functional tests,; conducting reliability tests, overseeing control and coordination efforts, ensuring the timely delivery of project milestones, etc.; - Assist in setting up IT systems and infrastructure for new clinics, including network configuration, hardware installation, and software deployment to ensure seamless operations: - Provide technical advice on IT initiatives to optimize and align with the business operations; - Provide support in procurement exercise of IT equipment and maintenance renewals; - Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor; - The normal working hours (Mon, 9:00 - 18:00, Tue - Fri, 9:00 - 17:45); and - Occasionally work at irregular hours may be required. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 3.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements i) Proficient in the control and operation of Windows and PC support services; ii) Proficient in MS Office; iii) Min. 3 year post-qualification experience; iv) Proficiency in Chinese and English communication skills; and v) Proficiency in keyboard input, Microsoft OS such as Windows Server, Windows 10 and Office software. Technical Skills: . At least 2 years' experience in PC LAN Support (PLS); . At least 2 years' experience in Virtual LAN/LAN Switching (VLS); . At least 2 years' experience in Windows 7/8/10 (W10); . At least 1 year's experience in Windows NT Server Administration & Network Support (WNT); . At least 1 year's experience in Networking (NET); . 1 year's experience in Microsoft SQL Server (MSS) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 4 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 3 years' experience in IT procurement (PRO); . At least 1 year's experience in site preparation (SPE); . At least 1 year's experience in Clinical Related Information System (CRS); . 1 year's experience in helpdesk call handling (HDT) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
