(T26) This is a CSA position responsible for technical assessment, design, development, testing and nursing of the Digital Corporate Identity (CorpID) Platform to be launched for production by end 2026.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO;
The CSA will
i) assist in the technical assessment, development and testing of the CorpID Platform to support registration of digital corporate identity by companies;
ii) provide facilitation and prepare documentations to bureaux/departments and external parties to enable e-submission for their e-Services or applications to support the use of the digital corporate identity; and
iii) co-ordinate and interface with different government contractors and support teams for the setup and testing with the CorpID Platform such as iAM Smart and Consented Data Exchange Gateway.
The CSA will also be required at times to provide support after normal office hours for special events, fire-fighting and urgent deployment of services.

| Requirements |
1. The candidate is required to have at least 2 year programming experience using restful APIs and Javascript technology such as React and/or Angular as well as in XML;
2. Possess strong sense of analytical and problem solving skills as well as to take a leading role on application design and development;
3. The candidate is required to have at least 2 year experience of developing application with the use of cryptography, public key infrastructure and MySQL or other distributed databases;
4. The candidate is required to have at least 1 year experience of developing application that support mobile devices;
5. Working knowledge in hardware security module and / or cloud platforms and / or blockchain are added advantage; and
6. To carry out other project related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Criminal record verification by the Hong Kong Police Force is required.
Technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in Cryptography (CRY);
. At least 2 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP);
. At least 2 years' experience in MySQL (MSQ);
. At least 2 years' experience in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI);
. At least 2 years' experience in XML (XML);
. At least 1 year's experience in Wireless and Mobile (WLM);
. At least 1 year's experience in Multi-tier System Integration (MSI).
Non-technical Skill:
. Good coordination skills is a must.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
