(T26) This is a CPM position responsible for leading a team to conduct technical assessment, design, development, testing and nursing of the Digital Corporate Identity (CorpID) Platform to be launched for production by end 2026.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO;
The CPM will
i) lead a team to co-ordinate and manage the implementation of the CorpID Platform;
ii) arrange resources to support day-to-day operation of the CorpID Platform; and
iii) facilitate the adoption of CorpID by bureaux/departments and external parties.
The CPM is required to co-ordinate and interface with different government contractors and support teams for implementation of the CorpID Platform and will be required at times to provide support after normal office hours for special events, fire-fighting and urgent deployment of services.

| Requirements |
1. The candidate is required to have at least 2 year experience in managing large scale system implementation projects;
2. Possess strong sense of analytical and problem solving skills as well as to take a leading role on application design and infrastructure setup, troubleshooting and quality assurance;
3. The candidate is required to have at least 2 year experience of developing application with the use of cryptography, public key infrastructure and MySQL or other distributed databases;
4. The candidate is required to have at least 1 year experience of business process re-engineering and developing application using XML, blockchain and cloud platforms;
5. Working knowledge in hardware security module is an added advantage;
6. Experience of contract management is preferred; and
7. To carry out other project related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Criminal record verification by the Hong Kong Police Force is required
Technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in Cryptography (CRY);
. At least 2 years' experience in Enterprise Application Integration (EAI);
. At least 2 years' experience in MySQL (MSQ);
. At least 2 years' experience in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI);
. At least 1 year's experience in XML (XML).
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in quality assurance (QAS);
. Good coordination skills is a must;
. At least 1 year's experience in Business Process Re-engineering (BPE);
. 1 year's experience in contract administration (CON) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 8 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
