Job Key No 34678 Job Title/ Category Contract Systems Analyst (Bid Ref 55134-1) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Others Nature Contract Deadline 21 Jul 2025 Contract Period 28 Aug 2025 to 27 Aug 2026 (12 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Government T26 Contract Location Base Wan Chai Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) To manage IT projects, provide system support services, and handle security and network matters Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the OFCA; The candidate will be mainly responsible for: (a) managing network infrastructure including network appliances and firewalls; (b) managing security matters including configuration of all servers and network appliances, and end-point protection solution; (c) conducting in-house security assessment and managing security assessment and audit service as well as compliance audit/check by external parties; (d) conducting in-house ethical phishing email campaign; (e) providing support for security incidents; (f) reviewing and executing tasks under Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP); (g) providing technical advices to support business requirements; (h) engaging and collaborating with stakeholders to meet the business objectives; and (i) carrying out other technical and administrative duties as specified by the management. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 5.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 2.0 Requirements (a) Candidates should have (i) at least five (5) years of relevant post-qualification full-time IT working experience, of which two (2) years must be in a similar post and in a comparable capacity; (ii) at least two (2) years of full-time hands-on experience in implementation, maintenance and administration of network facilities such as firewall, virtual private network, router, switch, etc.; (iii) at least two (2) years of full-time hands-on experience in IT security management (security risk assessment and audit, penetration test, security document review, security training, implementation of security systems and safeguards, etc.); and (iv) valid certificates of Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and/or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or equivalent. (b) Candidates should be customer-oriented and able to perform under pressure, willing to work after office hours and occasionally working on an on-call basis as required. (c) Preference will be given to candidates who are holders of the following certificates or equivalent: (i) Cisco Certified Network Associate/Professional (CCNA/CCNP) (ii) Fortinet Network Security Expert 5 (NSE 5) (iii) Information Security Management System (ISMS) (e.g. ISO 27001) (d) Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in using the following technologies/products: (i) Network equipment/technologies such as load balancer, Wi-Fi, Internet Protocol version 6, etc. (ii) Network monitoring/management products such as Zabbix, PRTG, etc. (iii) Security systems/technologies such as Next Generation Firewall, Intrusion Protection System, Web Application Firewall, Public Key Infrastructure, anti-malware, anti-spam, end-point security, content delivery network, IEEE 802.1x, etc. (iv) Mobile Devices Security Criminal record check on the selected candidate will be required. Technical Skills: . At least 2 years' experience in Router Configuration (ROU); . At least 2 years' experience in Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SAA); . At least 2 years' experience in CISCO IOS Software & CISCO Products (CIP); . At least 2 years' experience in Virtual LAN/LAN Switching (VLS); . At least 2 years' experience in Virtual Private Network (VPN); . 2 years' experience in Wireless and Mobile (WLM) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in Endpoint Security Solutions (ESS) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in Network & System Management (NSM) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in Security Incident Detection and Handling (SDH) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in IT Security Scanning Tools (SST) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 1 year's experience in conducting IT training/briefing (ITT); . 2 years' experience in managing Government projects (MGP) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in IT service/outsourcing management (OUT) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 5 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
