| Project Nature |
(T26) Project Management and implementation of system changes for taxation related systems including the Property Tax System and Enterprise Printing System on the cloud platform of the IRD.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the IRD;
(1) To manage and supervise project team composed of system analysts and programmers;
(2) To lead the development teams and outsourced contractors for the system development and implementation on cloud platform;
(3) To provide support for the web-based application framework for the system development and implementation on cloud platform;
(4) To provide support and enhance the existing Enterprise Printing System;
(5) To implement the corresponding changes for Tax Portals and Hong Kong Minimum Top Up Tax; and
(6) To perform project management functions for the projects and systems.

| Requirements |
Candidate should:
(1) Have solid experience in project management, and leading system analysts and programmers for application development and implementation;
(2) Have solid experience in system analysis and design and application programming for the development of web applications with Java, JavaScript and J2EE; and
(3) Have good communication and interpersonal skills
Technical Skills:
. At least 5 years' experience in J2EE Development (JDE);
. At least 5 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM);
. At least 5 years' experience in Web Programming (WEB);
. At least 5 years' experience in XML (XML);
. At least 5 years' experience in Java Application Framework (e.g. Struts (Apache)) (JAF);
. At least 5 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP);
. At least 4 years' experience in DB2 Administration (DBA);
. At least 2 years' experience in JBoss Application Server (JAS).
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 5 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. At least 5 years' experience in managing Government projects (MGP);
. At least 5 years' experience in project development in specified business areas (PDE);
. At least 5 years' experience in project management (PRM);
. At least 5 years' experience in quality assurance (QAS);
. At least 5 years' experience in software testing (STM).
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 10 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 5 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
