(T26) This CSSA position is responsible for service management of existing Central Computer Centre Network Services (CCCNS) infrastructure and services and leading a team to carry out upgrade and on-going enhancements as well as planning, design, development and maintenance of network infrastructure in various Government data centres.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO;
(a) To manage, plan and perform design and enhancements network infrastructure and carry out technology research
(b) To lead a team for network design for implementation for data centre
(c) To lead a team to carry out various system acceptance tests, coordination with users, other project teams and vendors/contractors for project development and implementation
(d) To lead a team to prepare system documentation

| Requirements |
(a) The candidate must have in-depth knowledge and experience in service management of infrastructure, network design, network security, support and helpdesk services.
(b) The candidate must have experience in leading other team members to perform network support and planning tasks.
(c) The candidate should be required to provide on-site support at various government data centres.
(d) The candidate should be required to work in non-office hours occasionally or per ad hoc requests for on-going support tasks.
(e) The candidate must have experience in service migration between different brands of equipment (such as router, switch and firewall), large scale data centre setup, circuit and BGP peering, cross-site circuit (over IPSec) and implementation of DNS services.
(f) The candidate must possess valid certificate of Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
(g) The candidate engaged will be required to conduct criminal record checking for security vetting purpose.
Technical Skills:
. At least 4 years' experience in Huawei VRP & Huawei Products (HAU);
. At least 4 years' experience in Internet Firewall Technical Support (IFW);
. At least 4 years' experience in Infrastructure (INF);
. At least 4 years' experience in IT Security (ITS);
. At least 4 years' experience in Linux System Administration (LIN);
. At least 4 years' experience in Network Design (NDN);
. At least 4 years' experience in TCP/IP (TCP);
. At least 4 years' experience in Border Gateway Protocol (BGP);
. At least 4 years' experience in Wide Area Network (WAN);
. 1 year's experience in Authentication Server (AUS) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Broadband Network (BNE) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Virtual LAN/LAN Switching (VLS) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Virtual Private Network (VPN) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 4 years' experience in helpdesk call handling (HDT);
. At least 4 years' experience in project management (PRM);
. At least 4 years' experience in site preparation (SPE);
. 1 year's experience in IT procurement (PRO) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in IT audit (ITA) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
