| Project Nature |
(T26) This is a CSSA position responsible for the Government Cloud Infrastructure Services (GCIS), which provides a reliable application hosting platform as well as various e-services for shared use among government bureaux and departments. The successful candidate is required to provide security and network support for GCIS infrastructure; as well as to facilitate necessary network setup and changes for ongoing support of GCIS infrastructure.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO;
1. To facilitate network design, setup and changes for ongoing support of e-government services of various government bureau and departments hosted in GCIS
2. To provide technical support and ensure high availability and stability on the network infrastructure
3. To provide network design and technical support for network enhancements
4. To provide problem diagnosis, performance tuning and ad-hoc network troubleshooting
5. To perform acceptance testing and validate project deliverables
6. To carry out other project related duties as designated by the supervisors
Successful candidate will mainly be working in Cyberport and occasionally in data centres in Tsuen Wan, Sai Kung and Cheung Sha Wan

| Requirements |
1. Candidate shall have experience in EGIS (EGIS has merged with GCIS and became GCIS PaaS and GCIS Shared Services)
2. Candidate shall have experience in Intrusion Prevention System, Remote Access Server and Virtual LAN/LAN Switching
3. Candidate shall have experience in network design, implementation and nursing
4. Candidate shall be hard-working and self-motivate with positive attitude
5. Candidate shall have strong sense of analytical and problem solving skills
6. Candidate shall be a team-player with good communication and interpersonal skill
Criminal record verification by the Hong Kong Police Force is required
Technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in EGIS (EGI);
. At least 2 years' experience in Intrusion Prevention System (IPS);
. At least 2 years' experience in Network Design (NDN);
. At least 2 years' experience in Remote Access Server (RAS);
. At least 2 years' experience in Virtual LAN/LAN Switching (VLS).
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
