It is a key smart city infrastructure to provide all Hong Kong residents with a single identity and authentication to conduct online government and commercial transactions in a simple, convenient and secure manner. Commonly used government, public and private online services are now accessible through the platform. Hong Kong residents could register "iAM Smart+" by using the iAM Smart Self-registration kiosks. iAM Smart mobile registration team are using the iAM Smart tablets to assist residents on the "iAM Smart+" registration. This CSA post is to provide support for the operation and maintenance of iAM Smart Self-registration kiosks and iAM Smart tablets. Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO; 1) Liaise and coordinate with different contractors for the operation and maintenance support of iAM Smart Self-registration kiosks and iAM Smart tablets, including the network connectivity; 2) Monitor the performance of contractors on their operation and maintenance support of kiosks and tablets, including holding regular meetings, reviewing the service delivered and preparing the related documentation; 3) Monitor the contractors and review their problem diagnosis and resolution of kiosk and tablet issues; 4) Prepare test cases, coordinate and conduct testing on the functionality of kiosk and tablet, including the application program running on the kiosk and tablet, upon any system changes; 5) Support and configure the IT infrastructure components, both physical and virtual, connecting to the kiosks and tablets; 6) Provide support on iAM Smart registration services provided to the public, including support at iAM Smart promotional events; 7) Handle public enquiries and complaints related to registration services; 8) Supervise subordinates to carry out tasks; and 9) Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisors. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 4.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements 1) Possess experience in SA&D, unit test, SIT and UAT; 2) Possess experience in vendor management; 3) May need to work on-site at different locations within Hong Kong; 4) Be familiar with the operation of computer, mobile devices, including iOS and Android; 5) Be familiar with networks and router configuration; 6) Be familiar with Windows OS; 7) Be familiar with Linux Server administration; 8) Speak fluent Cantonese and Putonghua, and good command of English and Chinese; and 9) Good communication and interpersonal skills. Technical Skills: . At least 4 years' experience in IT Security (ITS); . At least 4 years' experience in Router Configuration (ROU); . At least 4 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM); . At least 3 years' experience in Linux System Administration (LIN); . At least 3 years' experience in Windows 7/8/10 (W10); . At least 2 years' experience in Network & System Management (NSM); . 2 years' experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in Virtual Private Network (VPN) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in Infrastructure (INF) is an advantage; . 1.5 years' experience in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Information System Study (ISS) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in IT Planning (ITP) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Wireless and Mobile (WLM) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 3 years' experience in vendor management (VMG); . Good written English is a must; . Good coordination skills is a must; . Excellent Putonghua is a must; . 1 year's experience in helpdesk call handling (HDT) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
