Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the UGC; - Gather and analyze user requirements; - Perform system analysis, design and enhancement; - Perform system maintenance, on-going support and quality control; - Troubleshoot problems in existing systems; - Plan and perform system/UAT testing; - Install / maintain / upgrade computer software and hardware; - Provide general technical support to users. - Conducts impact analysis and determines necessary changes on applications due to software or environmental changes - Hands-on for system implementation, development, maintenance, testing, training and enhancement of business application in SDLC - Experience in system development and implementation, preferably IT project of large-scale system implementation Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 7.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 3.0 Requirements - Have a bachelor degree in Computer Sciences or related disciplines - Have good written skills in Chinese and English and fluent in these spoken languages - Have at least 3 years' post-graduation working experience as analyst programmer - Experience in JAVA and MySQL is highly desirable - Have solid experience in development and maintenance of web application systems, programming experiences in J2EE, MySQL, MSSQL, web development, HTTP protocol is an advantage - Possess good interpersonal skills, capable of working independently and under pressure - Preference will be given to those who have working experience in the HKSAR Government projects - Experienced in Web technologies and Javascript frameworks, such as React - Continuous Integration (CI)/Continuous Delivery (CD) would be an advantage - Experienced in using open source tools (e.g. JBoss, JQuery, Spring MVC, Hibernate, Eclipse, Apache JMeter, Git, log4j, Jenkins, etc.) for application development - Have knowledge on implementing web services, e.g. Rest API Technical Skills: - At least 5 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP); - At least 5 years' experience in JBoss Application Server (JAS); - At least 5 years' experience in MySQL (MSQ); - At least 5 years' experience in SQL*PLUS/PL/SQL/PRO*C (OPL); - At least 4 years' experience in HTML5 (HT5); - 5 years' experience in HTML version before HTML5 (HTM) is an advantage; - 5 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM) is an advantage; - 5 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV) is an advantage; - 5 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM) is an advantage; - 5 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL) is an advantage; - 5 years' experience in Web Programming (WEB) is an advantage; - 5 years' experience in Java Servlet Programming (JSP) is an advantage; - 4 years' experience in JavaServer Faces (JSF) (JSF) is an advantage; - 3 years' experience in Web Services (WSV) is an advantage; - 3 years' experience in Unix/Linux Shell Scripting (ULS) is an advantage; - 1 year's experience in batch job monitoring (BJM) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: - 3 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage; - 3 years' experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS) is an advantage; - 1 year's experience in Business Process Modeling (BPM) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 7 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 3 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
