Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the HKPF; - Provide project support for HKPF traffic-related projects, including system analysis, programming, testing, documentation and implementation - Provide on-going maintenance support to existing HKPF application systems, e.g. TES, E525, E570, E284a, and etc. - Ensure timely and high-quality deliverables from vendors. - Manage and coordinate with IT contractors and stakeholders for new projects and system maintenance. - Forecast and allocate project resources for HKPF initiatives. - Offer advisory support and coordination across project phases, including system enhancements and security audits (e.g., TES, E525, E570, E284a). - Provide 24/7 on-call support for urgent system and application incidents. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 4.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 4.0 Requirements The candidate shall possess the following mandatory technical and non-technical skills - solid experience in quality assurance for web application / mobile app (iOS & Android) - solid experience in system implementation, maintenance and support - solid experience in project management and vendor management. The candidate shall possess the following domain knowledge: - familiarity with Hong Kong traffic information. - familiarity with government public facing system especially in load test analysis, system traffic monitoring and e-payment related service - familiarity with Government Cloud Infrastructure Services (GCIS) especially Container as a Service (CaaS) - familiarity with Web Application Firewall (WAF) management and implementation Additional Requirement: - Willingness to work on-shift or provide on-site support outside office hours when necessary. - Security vetting by HKPF is required.
