Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DOJ; (a) Manage mobile devices with the aid of Mobile Device Management (MDM) system and coordinate mobile device software upgrade; (b) Perform daily operations and upgrade for the MDM system; (c) Provide technical advice and devise system and installation standards; (d) Prepare and conduct system testing and user acceptance; (e) Provide telephone and on-site helpdesk services to end-users, and trouble-shoot problems on PCs and computer equipment; (f) Diagnose PC hardware and software problems, provide solutions and arrange for follow-up action with vendors as appropriate; (g) Implement IT security measures; (h) Evaluate hardware and software products, implement and support new projects; (i) Perform and coordinate new service rollout; (j) Lead and provide guidance to junior officers on end-user and system support; (k) Perform technical support and system maintenance tasks including software installation, configuration setting, tuning, troubleshooting, fire-fighting, problem handling, health check, backup and recovery; and (l) Perform any other computer-related and administrative duties assigned by senior officers. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 8.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 3.0 Requirements Candidates must possess: (a) At least 4 years' experience in supporting Microsoft Active Directory; (b) At least 4 years' experience in supporting wireless and mobile; and (c) At least 3 years' experience in supporting mobile device management system. Candidates have experience in site preparation activities and holder of the following qualification is a plus: (a) Microsoft Certified System Engineer; or (b) Cisco Certified Network Associate. Technical Skills: . At least 4 years' experience in Microsoft Active Directory Administration (ADA); . At least 4 years' experience in PC LAN Support (PLS); . At least 4 years' experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT); . At least 4 years' experience in Windows 7/8/10 (W10); . At least 4 years' experience in Wireless and Mobile (WLM); . At least 3 years' experience in CISCO IOS Software & CISCO Products (CIP); . 2 years' experience in Windows Server 2008/2012 (W12) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Virtual Private Network (VPN) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Intrusion Prevention System (IPS) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Lotus Notes Mail Admin. & Technical Support (LNM) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Network & System Management (NSM) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Router Configuration (ROU) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Anti-Virus Technology (AVT) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 4 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 2 years' experience in customer relations (ECR); . Good spoken English is a must; . Good written English is an advantage; . 1.5 years' experience in site preparation (SPE) is an advantage; . Good coordination skills is an advantage; . 1.5 years' experience in helpdesk call handling (HDT) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 8 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 3 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
