The position is required to manage the security, cloud resources, infrastructure and performance of the platforms to facilitate adoption by Government bureaux and departments (B/Ds) and ensure smooth operations of the platforms. Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO; The successful applicant will be required: - To work in team for the design, enhancement, testing, maintenance and administration of Chatbot-as-a-Service, AI Computer Vision Hub, Social Media Text Analytics System and Traffic Data Analytics System. - To assist his/her supervisors in managing contractor(s) for supporting Chatbot-as-a-Service, AI Computer Vision Hub, Social Media Text Analytics System and Traffic Data Analytics System. - To provide technical support to Government B/Ds for the adoption of chatbot, AI and big data analytics technologies. - To design, setup, administrate and support public and private cloud resources for deployment and operation of Government systems. - When necessary, the CSSA is required to provide both technical and administrative support related to the project after normal office hours for special events, fire-fighting and urgent deployment of services, etc. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 6.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 2.0 Requirements 1. Possess solid knowledge and experience on maintaining and supporting Chatbot-as-a-Service, AI Computer Vision Hub, Social Media Text Analytics System and Traffic Data Analytics System; 2. Possess solid knowledge and experience on managing cloud resources in public cloud platform and Government Cloud Infrastructure Services (GCIS); 3. Possess solid knowledge and experience on installing and managing the following environment and tools: - Linux - JupyterHub - RStudio - MySQL 4. Possess basic knowledge in Container technology, such as Kubernetes; 5. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills; 6. Hard working and self-motivated with good working attitudes; 7. Can work independently; and 8. Have at least 5 years of experience on system development and deployment on clouds. Technical Skills: . At least 4 years' experience in Infrastructure (INF); . At least 3 years' experience in Linux System Administration (LIN); . At least 3 years' experience in MySQL (MSQ); . 1 year's experience in Unix/Linux Shell Scripting (ULS) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 4 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 3 years' experience in managing G2B and G2C projects (GBC); . Good coordination skills is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
