(T26) The proposed staff shall be responsible for the system operations, maintenance and support for the Integrated Custodial and Rehabilitation Management System (iCRMS) as well as the system implementation of new initiatives such as technology refresh of iCRMS peripherals and Smart Prison integration projects of CSD.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the CSD;
The proposed staff shall take a role of mobile device domain expert and mobile app architect to maintain the system stability of customized mobile devices and manage the mobile device management platform.
Job duties include but not limited to:
(a) Responsible for the system stability and quality assurance of iCRMS customized mobile devices running with multiple mobile apps developed by CSD;
(b) Perform architecture and code review on mobile apps developed by contractors;
(c) Oversee the mobile app deployment workflow from testing to production environment and formulate comprehensive test plan with structured test cases;
(d) Maintain the mobile device management platform;
(e) Collect user requirements, perform impact and risk assessment on new mobile apps;
(f) Coordinate and liaise with different stakeholders including end users, business representatives and contractors to resolve production issues and implement new apps;
(g) Conduct technology research on the emerging IT solutions to improve system management efficiency;
(h) Implement information security solutions for endpoint devices to cater the latest information security policy from DPO;
(i) Carry out on-site testing, peripherals deployment, system rollout and maintenance support activities at Correctional Institutions in different regions;
(j) May need to work outside normal office hours to provide on-call production support and maintenance services;
(k) Carry out any other duties as assigned by supervisors.

| Requirements |
(1) The proposed staff must have solid working experience in:
(a) Enterprise mobile device management and mobile app development using Java/Kotlin for Android Enterprise;
(b) Mobile app testing and quality assurance;
(c) Production support and maintenance of mobile apps in enterprise companies;
(d) System security management for mobile devices in enterprise Infrastructure environment;
(e) Vendor management in enterprise companies or Government;
(2) Excellent documentation, analytical and problem troubleshooting skill;
(3) Good command in verbal and written communication in both English and Chinese;
(4) Disciplined, self-motivated, independent, able to work under pressure, quick learner and good team player;
(5) Undergoing integrity check by HKPF is required.
Technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM);
. At least 2 years' experience in Wireless and Mobile (WLM);
. 2 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Source Control Management System (SCM) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Endpoint Security Solutions (ESS) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in IT Security (ITS) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Structured Query Language (SQL) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. Good coordination skills is a must;
. Good written English is a must;
. At least 1 year's experience in quality assurance (QAS);
. At least 1 year's experience in software testing (STM);
. At least 1 year's experience in vendor management (VMG);
. 1 year's experience in presentation (PEX) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
