Job Key No 29825 Job Title/ Category Contract Analyst Programmer (Bid Ref 51178-1) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Others Nature Contract Deadline 26 Sep 2024 Contract Period 01 Nov 2024 to 30 Apr 2026 (17 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Government T26 Contract Location Base Yau Tsim Mong Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) Provision of IT and artwork design support for Training and Development Section (T&DS) Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the TD; 1) Being T&DS system administrator for in-house Training Administration System (TAS) for system enhancement, maintenance and trouble-shooting; gathering user requirement and transform the idea into functional applications; offering professional IT advice on programming logic in TAS enhancement to strengthen TAS effectiveness and efficiency 2) Overseeing all PC related matters including administrative work for maintenance of equipment for T&DS; responsible for the implementation of Electronic Recordkeeping System (ERKS) 3) Planning and organizing the structure of e-learning through intranet. Enhancing e-learning through effectiveness of "T&DS Portal" and "Putting Our Hearts Into It (POHIT) Portal" through continuous e-promotion; video recording and editing of various training programmes as e-learning resources and maintaining these resources at TD intranet 4) Being the project manager of POHIT programmes, take charge of planning, designing and promoting of the programmes via the employment of multi-media, e.g. designing and developing work-life balance e-flyers for programme promotion; designing and managing e-submission of entries and e-voting for various programmes; maintaining and updating training database for these programmes; etc. 5) Overseeing artwork design and e-publication of TD e-Newsletter; designing and developing e-banners for promoting staff communication 6) Overseeing technical set-up for organisation, implementation and evaluation of online training programmes; monitoring online training data records, etc. 7) Carrying out any other IT support duties as assigned by his supervisors 8) Overseeing staff engagement programmes, take charge of planning, designing and promoting of the programmes via the employment of multi-media, e.g. designing and developing e-flyers for programme promotion; designing and managing e-application; etc. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 4.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements 1) Solid practical experience in the management and maintenance of in-house training administration system is required 2) Solid practical experience in website design and development is required 3) Solid practical experience in graphic design and conversant with artwork design software including but not limited to Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Microsoft Access, Corel Video Studio; and proficiency in Chinese input methods 4) Experience in implementation and evaluation of online training programmes 5) Solid experience in event photo-taking, photo and video editing is an advantage 6) Good communication, liaison and organisation skills Technical Skills: . At least 4 years' experience in Adobe Illustrator (ADI); . At least 4 years' experience in Adobe Photoshop (APH); . At least 4 years' experience in Microsoft Active Server Page Scripting (ASP); . At least 4 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP); . At least 4 years' experience in MS ASP.NET (MSA); . At least 4 years' experience in Microsoft SQL Server (MSS); . At least 4 years' experience in Multimedia (MUL); . At least 4 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL); . At least 4 years' experience in VBA (VBA); . At least 4 years' experience in Web Hosting, Design and Maintenance (WED). Non-technical Skills: . Good coordination skills is a must; . At least 4 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV). - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
