Design and maintain the overall infrastructure architecture on facilitating deployment of AI project. 2. Design, implementing and strengthen the IT security control on On-Premise, multi cloud and hybrid cloud environments. 3. Conduct hand-on proof of concept and design of experiment assigned by supervisors. 4. Conduct Integration Test, User Acceptance Test and performance Test, maintain deployment and support AI application services. 5. Carry out quality control and quality assurance, and project management duties. Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the E&MSD; A. Research, evaluate, emerging cloud and latest server / networking / storage / firewall / security technologies. B. Leading and managing vendors and/or contractors for relevant development projects. C. Advise and liaise with stakeholders on project development initiation and on computer-related activities; D. Configure, maintain, diagnose, analyze, and resolve network problems and security vulnerabilities encountered during/after network implementation tasks; E. Construct network diagram and system flow-chart. F. Prepare guidelines and procedures for the operation and maintenance tasks. G. Design and test backup / restore procedure. H. Provide technical documentation and support on conducting Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SRAA). I. Analyze and follow the related IT regulations, policies, and guidelines of HKSARG; J. Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement data storage and retrieval systems that support AI model training and testing processes; K. Assist in the procurement processes of IT products and services L. Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 4.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 2.0 Requirements i. Degree in Computer subjects or IT related disciplines; ii. At least four (4) years post-qualification information technology experience of which 2 years must be in similar post and in comparable capacity; iii. At least two (2) years in network infrastructure/system support, operate and maintain, preferably with solid experience in enterprise network project design, implementation and manage, also the management of Contractor/Vendor; iv. At least one (1) year knowledge and experience in managing cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, HuaWei, etc. v. At least one (1) year knowledge and experience in managing application systems using container deployment, such as Docker and Kubernetes; vi. At least one (1) year knowledge and experience in managing virtualization environment such as VMware or HyperV; vii. Solid experience in Linux and system administration is a must. viii. Strong knowledge and experience in server resilient technology and infrastructure design; ix. Possession of Cloud related professional / Networking / Virtualization / Security certifications is an advantage. x. Strong commitment to project deadline and delivering high quality work; xi. Creative, analytical, self-initiative, responsible and well-organized; xii. Good communication skills in English and Cantonese; xiii. Good interpersonal relationship and emotion management; xiv. Satisfactory result in the written test on the interview day (if necessary). Technical Skills: . At least 2 years' experience in Infrastructure (INF); . At least 2 years' experience in IT Security (ITS); . At least 2 years' experience in Linux System Administration (LIN); . At least 2 years' experience in Network Design (NDN); . At least 2 years' experience in Networking (NET); . At least 1 year's experience in Network & System Management (NSM); . At least 1 year's experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT); . At least 1 year's experience in Unix/Linux Shell Scripting (ULS); . At least 1 year's experience in Internet Firewall Technical Support (IFW); . 1 year's experience in Experience in Datacentre Maintenance (DCM) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Intrusion Prevention System (IPS) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . 1 year's experience in helpdesk call handling (HDT) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in IT audit (ITA) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in conducting IT training/briefing (ITT) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in vendor management (VMG) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
