(T26) The iAM Smart Platform has been launched in December 2020. It is a key smart city infrastructure to provide all Hong Kong residents with a single identity and authentication to conduct online government and commercial transactions in a simple, convenient and secure manner. Around 400 commonly used government, public and private online services are now accessible through the platform.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO;
1) Provide operation support on iAM Smart kiosk services;
2) Liaise and coordinate with different parties and contractors to facilitate the kiosk operation;
3) Conduct site visits for deployment of kiosks;
4) Liaise terms and conditions with property management;
5) Oversee the hardware installation, and conduct software installation of kiosks;
6) Incident management on the operation of kiosk including technical troubleshooting with contractors;
7) Contract and performance management of services provided by contractors, including the service deliverables;
8) Prepare management update reports;
9) Prepare statistics reports and documentation;
10) Participate in iAM Smart promotional activities;
11) Prepare test cases, and conduct unit tests, SIT and UAT for changes; and provide test results;
12) Occasion field work is required to ensure the smooth operation of kiosk service; and
13) Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisors.

| Requirements |
1) Possess experience in unit test, SIT and UAT;
2) Experience in property rental management;
3) Be familiar with managing operation of self-service kiosks;
4) Be familiar with the installation and maintenance of self-service kiosks;
5) Be familiar with Windows 10 OS;
6) Speak fluent Cantonese and good command of English and Chinese; and
7) Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical Skills:
. At least 1 year's experience in Internet/ Intranet (INT);
. At least 1 year's experience in IT Planning (ITP);
. At least 1 year's experience in IT Security (ITS);
. At least 1 year's experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM);
. At least 1 year's experience in Windows 7/8/10 (W10);
. 1 year's experience in Wireless and Mobile (WLM) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Information System Study (ISS) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. Good written English is a must;
. At least 1 year's experience in project management (PRM);
. At least 1 year's experience in site preparation (SPE);
. At least 1 year's experience in vendor management (VMG);
. Good coordination skills is a must;
. At least 6 months' experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. Good Putonghua is a must.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
