(T26) The iAM Smart Platform has been launched in December 2020. It is a key smart city infrastructure to provide all Hong Kong residents with a single identity and authentication to conduct online government and commercial transactions in a simple, convenient and secure manner. Around 400 commonly used government, public and private online services are now accessible through the platform.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO;
1) Provide operation support on iAM Smart kiosk services;
2) Assist to liaise and coordinate with different parties and contractors to facilitate the kiosk operation;
3) Conduct site visits for deployment of kiosks;
4) Assist to liaise terms and conditions with property management;
5) Conduct software installation of kiosks;
6) Occasion field work is required to ensure the smooth operation of kiosk including troubleshooting with contractors;
7) Monitor the performance of kiosk services provided by contractors, including the service deliverables;
8) Assist to prepare statistics reports and documentation;
9) Participate in iAM Smart promotional activities;
10) Implement changes;
11) Conduct unit tests, SIT and UAT for changes; and
12) Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisors.

| Requirements |
1) Be familiar with the installation and maintenance of self-service kiosks;
2) Be familiar with Windows 10 OS;
3) Speak fluent Cantonese and good command of English and Chinese; and
4) Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical Skills:
. At least 6 months' experience in Internet/ Intranet (INT);
. At least 6 months' experience in IT Security (ITS);
. At least 6 months' experience in Windows 7/8/10 (W10);
. At least 6 months' experience in Wireless and Mobile (WLM);
. 6 months' experience in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. Good coordination skills is a must;
. At least 6 months' experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. Good written English is a must;
. Good Putonghua is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
