Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the EDB; i. To provide IT support to the operation of mobile applications of the Section; ii. To assist in the design, enhancement, management and revamp of websites (desktop and mobile versions) and mobile applications of the Section, including the Educational Multimedia (EMM) website, the EMM App etc.; iii. To check the quality and technical specification of EMM production of the Section; iv. To edit video files of the Section by adding audio-visual effects, captions voice-overs, background music, graphics, animation and performing sound mixing and colour correction, etc.; v. To prepare subtitles in the format of sub-rip text file (.srt) and perform subtitles sequencing, time coding and subtitles keying; vi. To assist in the production of learning and teaching resources of the Section; vii. To assist in photo and video taking and editing of the Section; viii. To assist in the procurement of IT equipment and products of the Section; and ix. To provide technical support to the Section and undertake any other duties as assigned. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 2.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements The selected candidate shall comply with specified requirements imposed by the Government in writing for safeguarding public interest at large, including matters relating to public health, national security, social order and public safety, etc. prior to commencement of the Service Period (Relevant Employee). Technical Skills: . At least 2 years' experience in Adobe Illustrator (ADI); . At least 2 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM); . At least 2 years' experience in Adobe Premiere (ADP); . At least 2 years' experience in Adobe Photoshop (APH); . At least 2 years' experience in Multimedia (MUL); . At least 2 years' experience in Wireless and Mobile (WLM). - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 2 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
