Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO; - Facilitate Government Department/Office to migrate their existing email system to CMMP WR platform. Monitor, manage and control the project tasks, deliverable, progress, schedule and risk. - Provide IT technical support and advice to Government Department/Office to migrate their email service to CMMP WR platform. - Prepare and arrange the deliverables meeting and follow up the action items. - Provide daily office administrative support. - Provide front line support to end user enquiry and usage problem case. - Provide support on Chatbot service - Working outside office hours and providing on-call production support where necessary. - Performing any work assigned by supervisor. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 4.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements - At least of 4 years hand-on experience in front line IT support within a user department, providing independent support for computer equipment (such as Windows and Microsoft Outlook) and office LAN and VPN operations with very minimal assistance. - At least of 4 years front line IT experience within user department, independently supporting corporate-grade email service and mobile email service for over 200 users with very minimal backend assistance. - At least of 3 years front line IT experience supporting server virtualization platform operations with very minimal backend assistance. - At least of 1 year front line IT working experience in providing operation support for Virtual Machine cloud infrastructure operation (including Microsoft Window server, Microsoft Active Directory, Firewall and load balancer) to more than ten organisations. This IT support working experience includes but not limit to provide advice to organisation, with very minimal backend support, on connecting their network infrastructure to cloud infrastructure, coordinating implementation, and resolving user inquiries and issues related to infrastructure service. - Knowledge in network backup and recovery technology are definite advantage. - Knowledge on Natural Language Processing, machine learning and experience on data management and fine tuning the Chatbot service is a plus. - Good command of verbal and written English. - Good command of verbal Mandarin is preferred. - At least 3 years working experience in managing Government project is preferred. - Self-motivated, able to work independently under pressure, multi-tasking and energetic. Holder of the following certifications is a definite advantage: - Microsoft Certified IT Professional (or equivalent); and - VMware Certified Professional (or equivalent). Technical Skills: . At least 4 years' experience in Mobile / Wireless Communication (MWC); . At least 4 years' experience in PC LAN Support (PLS); . At least 4 years' experience in Wireless/mobile Email solution (WME); . At least 4 years' experience in Windows NT Server Administration & Network Support (WNT); . At least 3 years' experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT); . At least 1 year's experience in Technical Architectural Support (TAS); . At least 1 year's experience in Microsoft Active Directory Administration (ADA); . 4 years' experience in Lotus Notes Mail Admin. & Technical Support (LNM) is an advantage; . 3 years' experience in IT Security (ITS) is an advantage; . 3 years' experience in Confidential Mail System (CMS) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Data Administration (DAM) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Data Management (DMT) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Infrastructure (INF) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in System Backup Operation (BKO) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . Good spoken English is a must; . Good written English is a must; . 3 years' experience in managing Government projects (MGP) is an advantage; . Good Putonghua is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
