(T26) This is a CSSA position responsible for liaising and working with related government bureaux/departments and public/private organisations to support the use of the Digital Corporate Identity (CorpID) for some popular e-services. The CorpID Platform will be launched for production by end 2026.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO;
1. To assist in the engagement of B/Ds and public and private organisations and provide business and technical support for the data providers and e-service providers on the integration of their application systems with CorpID Platform;
2. To review relevant ordinances, standards, regulations and guidelines in data privacy, security and best practices to ensure the compliance of the CorpID system components and processes;
3. To assist in providing customer support to corporate users of CorpID Platform;
4. To assist in reviewing the publicity materials and promotion programmes;
5. To compile various statistics related to CorpID services for monitoring CorpID usage and service performance, and facilitating strategic decision; and
6. To carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

| Requirements |
The candidate is required to
- have at least 2 years of experience in business analysis, client liaison work and project management
- possess strong sense of analytical and problem solving skills as well as to take a leading role on client liaison
- possess good command of English and good English writing skills
- be hard-working and self-motivated with good working attitude
Technical Skills:
. At least 6 months' experience in Cryptography (CRY);
. 6 months' experience in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) is an advantage;
. 6 months' experience in Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SAA) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. Good coordination skills is a must;
. Excellent spoken English is a must;
. Excellent written English is a must;
. At least 1 year's experience in quality assurance (QAS);
. 1 year's experience in presentation (PRT) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in managing G2B and G2C projects (GBC) is an advantage;
. Good Putonghua is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
