Job Key No 29656 Job Title/ Category Contract Systems Analyst (Bid Ref 51060-1) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Application Development Nature Contract Deadline 19 Sep 2024 Contract Period 14 Oct 2024 to 14 Mar 2025 (5 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Government T26 Contract Location Base North Point or Wanchai or location designated by DPO Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) To provide support to the projects related to service engagement and support to the online service providers of the "iAM Smart" including but not limited implementing integrated portal for online service providers, development of UI/UX guidelines and testing, etc. Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO; The CSA is required to: 1. provide technical and logistics support in setting up the testing and production environments of integrated portal with the outsource contractors, internal project teams and other "iAM Smart" support teams. 2. conduct quality review on the deliverables delivered by the contractors including source code, system specifications, operation manuals, online documentations, UI/UX guidelines and testing reports. 3. plan and coordinate with the various parties including outsourced contractors, project and support teams and external partners on conducting different tests e.g. function test, user acceptance test, regression test, load test, resilience test, etc ; follow up with the parties on the issues reported/identified and coordinate with outsourced contractors and related parties to resolve the issues. 4. work with the outsourced contractor to devise the UI/UX guidelines for "iAM Smart" enabled services and coordinate with the online services providers for conducting the UI/UX review test based on their services and implement the suggestions. 5. provide logistics and IT support to government B/Ds and public/private sectors for their online services to adopt "iAM Smart"; and 6. any other duties assigned by the supervisor. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 4.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements The candidate should possess: 1. solid working experience in system implementation and maintenance of cloud based IT application systems; 2. solid working experience in conducting system integration test, user acceptance test, load test and stress test; 3. solid working experience in UI/UX design and review; 4. solid working experience in coordination with different parties . 5. good sense of analytical and problem solving skills; 6. good command of English and Chinese writing skills; 7. good communication and interpersonal skills; and 8. fluent in Cantonese. Technical Skills: . At least 2 years' experience in IT Security (ITS); . At least 2 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM); . At least 2 years' experience in Web Services (WSV); . 2 years' experience in Web Programming (WEB) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Web 2.0 Services (W2S) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . Good coordination skills is a must; . At least 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 2 years' experience in quality assurance (QAS); . 2 years' experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
