Provide support for security enhancement of Smart Library System related to the revised IT security policy and guidelines, such as implementation of endpoint detection & response solution, patching solution
Participate in system support tasks and other project activities

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the LCSD;
Assist to plan and conduct the testing
Assist to prepare and conduct the security risk assessment and audit exercise
Assist to prepare and conduct the disaster recovery drill
Assist to prepare and review the technical design and documents.
Monitor the infrastructure installation and deployment
Assist to review and accept the technical documents, including operation manual and system manual
Perform on-call technical support and other duties as required
Work irregular hours if necessary

| Requirements |
University Degree Holder
Level 3 or above in English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE); or Level 3 / Grade C or above in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent is preferable
At least 2 years of solid work experience in IT production and technical support
At least 2 years of solid work experience in administration of Microsoft Windows 2016/2019/2022 Server and LINUX
At least 2 years of solid work experience in administration of server virtualization technology, including VMware
At least 2 years of solid work experience in production support of database
At least 2 years of solid work experience in administration of SAN
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
At least 1 year of work experience in system implementation and maintenance/support is preferable
At least 1 year of work experience in administration of backup tools is preferable, including Veeam
At least 1 year of work experience in IT Security is preferable
At least 1 year of work experience in administration of endpoint security solutions (including endpoint detection and response, and patching) is preferable
Technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in Linux System Administration (LIN);
. At least 2 years' experience in Production Database Support (PDS);
. At least 2 years' experience in Storage Area Network (SAN);
. At least 2 years' experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT);
. At least 2 years' experience in Windows Server 2008/2012 (W12);
. 1 year's experience in System Backup Operation (BKO) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Endpoint Security Solutions (ESS) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in IT Security (ITS) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skill:
. 1 year's experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
