(T26) This is a CSSA position responsible for technical assessment, design, development, testing and nursing of the Digital Corporate Identity (CorpID) Platform to be launched for production by end 2026.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO;
The CSSA will
i) conduct the technical assessment and design of the CorpID Platform to support registration of digital corporate identity by companies;
ii) provide technical support to bureau/departments and external parties to adopt CorpID; and
iii) interface with different government contractors and support teams for the system integration with the CorpID Platform such as iAM Smart and Consented Data Exchange Gateway.
The CSSA will also be required at times to provide support after normal office hours for special events, fire-fighting and urgent deployment of services.

| Requirements |
1. The candidate is required to have at least 3 year programming experience using restful APIs and Javascript technology such as React and/or Angular;
2. Possess strong sense of analytical and problem solving skills as well as to take a leading role on application design and setup, and acceptance of deliverables by the contractors;
3. The candidate is also required to have at least 1 year experience of developing application with the use of cryptography, MySQL or other distributed databases;
4. Knowledge and experience of developing application that support mobile devices and public key infrastructure and XML is preferred;
5. Working knowledge in application infrastructure setup, hardware security module and /or cloud platforms and / or blockchain are added advantages;
6. Hard-working and self-motivated with good working attitude;
7. A team-player with good communication and interpersonal skills; and
8. To carry out other project related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Technical Skills:
. At least 3 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP);
. At least 1 year's experience in Multi-tier System Integration (MSI);
. At least 1 year's experience in MySQL (MSQ);
. At least 1 year's experience in Cryptography (CRY);
. 6 months' experience in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) is an advantage;
. 6 months' experience in Wireless and Mobile (WLM) is an advantage;
. 6 months' experience in XML (XML) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skill:
. At least 6 months' experience in quality assurance (QAS).
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
