Development of "Building Information Modelling- Asset Management (BIM-AM) platform", which integrates Asset Management System(AM) with "Building Information Modelling (BIM)" 2. Platform consists of multiple subsystems such as Common Data Environment (CDE), Asset Information Management Platform(AIMP) and system interfacing with systems like ERP and Job Management System 3. Understanding the business operations and user requirements of various stakeholder (e.g. Building Project Contractor, Operation/Maintenance Team, Facility Owner) 4. Development of system design documents and API specifications including data standard and guideline, and information exchange protocols Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the E&MSD; 1. Assist in the feasibility study, user requirement elicitation, system analysis and design, integration of data retrieved from Common Data Environment (CDE), Building, Management System (BMS), Building Information Model (BIM) and standalone IoT sensors. 2. Take part in software development life cycle with both the internal development team and external contractors. 3. Hands-on implementation of various software development projects and proof-of-concept technical studies, experiments, as well as studies on various new technologies in different platforms and software stacks. 4. Collaboration and liaison with internal development teams, and external contractors, to facilitate the system integration process. 5. Provide advice & assistance to the contractor management process. 6. To undertake any other duties as required by supervisors. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 3.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements 1) Degree or Higher diploma in computer subjects or related disciplines 2) 3 years or above solid IT application/system development and integration experience 3) Knowledge and solid experience in systems design, business analysis, and programming 4) Solid experience in mobile application development (e.g. android, IOS) 5) Experience in message broker systems (e.g. MQTT, RabbitMQ, Kafka) is preferred 6) Experience in application development adopting BIM and BIM-AM Industrial Standards, such as ISO19650, CIC BIM Standards, EMSD Building Information Modelling for Asset Management (BIM-AM) Standards and Guidelines is preferred. 7) Knowledge in BIM, RFID, BMS, LPWAN and IoT is an absolute advantage. 8) Strong self-learning and research ability; Able to research/develop on new development language/platform/system as project needs. 9) Strong commitment to project deadline and delivering high-quality work. 10) Creative, analytical, self-initiative, responsible and well-organized. Technical Skills: . At least 2 years' experience in Data Modeling (DMO); . At least 2 years' experience in Client/Server Application Development (C/S); . At least 2 years' experience in Multi-tier System Integration (MSI); . At least 2 years' experience in Object-oriented Analysis and Design (OOA); . At least 2 years' experience in Unified Modeling Language (UML); . At least 2 years' experience in Web Programming (WEB); . 2 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in Data Architecture (DAR) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in Data Management (DMT) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in Geographic Information System (GIS) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in HTML version before HTML5 (HTM) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in IT Security (ITS) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in JAVA Programming (JAV) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Linux System Administration (LIN) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . Good coordination skills is a must; . 1 year's experience in managing corporate IT security framework (CSF) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in managing Government IT standards (ITG) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in managing Government projects (MGP) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in IT service/outsourcing management (OUT) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in project management (PRM) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in software testing (STM) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in vendor management (VMG) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Business Process Re-engineering (BPE) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Business Process Modeling (BPM) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
