Job Key No 27283 Job Title/ Category Contract Senior Systems Analyst (Bid Ref 48935-3) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Application Development Nature Contract Deadline 23 Mar 2026 Contract Period 01 May 2026 to 31 Jan 2027 (9 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Government T26 Contract Location Base Mong Kok Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) Support SmartPLAY system and 2 EGA pilot projects for Beaches Attendance Counting and Real-time number of People in-queue at Swimming Pools Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the LCSD; Collect user requirements in defining project scope, specification, timeline and resources Take a leadership role to ensure the application development projects are completed on time and project goals are achieved Setup and review procedures and operational guidelines with respect to Government regulations and standard Play the role of Maintenance Lead in supporting team to take up the key coordinator among users and contractors, and facilitate smooth operation of system maintenance as well as development of SmartPLAY Able to coach other SAs & APs in the daily system maintenance works and minor enhancements Manage project issues with risk forecast management capabilities Provide effective and quality IT professional service to end user Ensure good communication between project teams, vendors and end user Regular statistical analysis for management reporting Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 15.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 8.0 Requirements University degree holders in Computer Science / Information System, or equivalent Minimum 15 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 8 years of experience in similar capacity Minimum 8 years in Government Projects 8-year experience in Web Services, XML, and Oracle database Independent, proactive, and able to work under pressure Good analytical, problem solving and strong communication skills Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese Good team worker, strong analytical and problem solving skills Experience in management of service contracts, coordinating large-scale rollout activities, tender preparation and familiar with IT procurement procedure Minimum 8-year experience in booking system Technical Skills: . At least 8 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM); . At least 8 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV); . At least 8 years' experience in Multi-vendor Mission Critical System (MCS); . At least 8 years' experience in Oracle RDBMS (ODB); . At least 8 years' experience in Tomcat Application Server (TOM). Non-technical Skills: . At least 8 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 8 years' experience in IT service/outsourcing management (OUT); . At least 8 years' experience in software testing (STM). - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 15 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 8 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
