Job Key No 27217 Job Title/ Category Data Analyst Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Technical Support Nature Contract Contract Period 12 months' contract Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business public transport Location Base Kowloon Bay Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve a public transport client; - Work in the Customer Data InnoStation to assist business teams in data exploration; - Understand the available datasets on travel pattern, smart facility usage record, loyalty programme and app browsing history; - Facilitate business teams in utilizing the datasets for ETL, data visualization and segmentation; - Support supervisors and managers in conducting data analytics, preparing reports and maintaining dashboards; - Assist in operating and monitoring the use of Customer Data InnoStation including activities logging and usage monitoring. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 1.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 0.0 Requirements - Degree in Computer Science / Data Science / IT or related disciplines; Candidates with relevant experience but lower qualification will also be considered; - Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese; - 1-3 years of hands-on experience in data analytics is preferred; - Strong analytical skills and sensitive to numbers; - Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills; - Able to work independently; - Experience in one or more of the following sets of tools and technologies is an advantage: . Data visualization tools, e.g. PowerBI; . Database programme, eg. SQL; . Programming languages, e.g. Python and R; . Front end web technologies, e.g. HTML5, web scraping; . Process Automation, e.g. Power Automate; - Relevant experience in facilitating business teams in data exploration is an advantage.
