Coordinate and oversee project activities, resources, and timelines to ensure timely completion; - Support the project manager in preparing and maintaining project plans, risk assessments, and issue tracking; - Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure their understanding and involvement in project progress and requirements; - Monitor project progress and report key milestones, issues, and risks; - Assist in budget control and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed within the designated budget and timeframe; - Support the project manager in managing and organizing project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and related documents; - Provide assistance in resolving project execution issues and conflicts.
