| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the LCSD;
To handle data requests and enquiries of end-users.
To provide on-call support for production incidents during non-office hours if necessary.
To perform on-going support, in-house development of minor change and bug-fixing for the existing systems and applications.
To collect and study user requirement.
To programme and develop the webpages/website independently
To follow up projects with contractors and users.
To prepare test plan, test cases/scripts, test environments, data and perform testing for deliverables from contractors before handing to users for User Acceptance Tests (UAT)
To perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers.

| Requirements |
Degree holder in Computer Science/Computer Studies, or equivalent
Minimum 6 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity
Solid experience in application development and implementation with any kind of Relational Database Model such as, Oracle/SQL Server under Unix /Linux and Windows platforms
Solid experience in web programming
Good practice of source code versioning control
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Able to complete jobs with good quality and written schedule
Strong troubleshooting, problem solving, analytical and communication skills
Strong sense of responsibilities and good working attribute
Able to work independently under pressure and self-motivate in performing his/her duties
Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Able to work with Mainland vendors and communicate with Putonghua are preferable
Degree holder in Computer Science/Computer Studies, or equivalent
Technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in Client/Server Application Development (C/S);
. At least 2 years' experience in Linux System Administration (LIN);
. At least 2 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL);
. At least 1 year's experience in Web Programming (WEB);
. At least 1 year's experience in Oracle RDBMS (ODB).
Non-technical Skills:
. 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage;
. Good Putonghua is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
