- Participate in the departmental IT security assessment and audit exercise
- Provide support for IT security infrastructure

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the LCSD;
- Play a leading role in planning, evaluation, management and acceptance for the departmental IT security assessment and audit and privacy impact assessment exercise
- Liaise with stakeholders and vendors for requirements study, implementation and on-going support activities
- Involve in planning, evaluation, management and acceptance for implementation of projects for IT security
- Prepare specification and evaluation report for projects for IT security
- Conduct investigation on security issues reported from other staff
- Study and handle the IT security risk findings from various assessment and audit exercises
- Provide security advices as requested
- Provide on-call support and other duties as required
- Work irregular hours if necessary

| Requirements |
- University Degree Holder
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
- At least 4 years solid experience in implementation of IT project
- At least 4 years of solid working experience in IT production and technical support
- At least 4 years of solid working experience in providing technical support on Windows platforms
- At least 4 years of solid working experience in providing technical support and administration on Microsoft Internet Information Services
- At least 1 year of solid working experience in IT Security
- Working experience in providing technical support and administration on Microsoft SQL Server is preferable
- Working experience in supporting IT Security Scanning Tools is preferable
- Working experience in supporting IT Security Assessment and Audit exercise is preferable
- Working experience in supporting Container Infrastructure, is preferable
- Working experience in Server Virtualisation Technology and Linux System Administration is preferable
Technical Skills:
. At least 4 years' experience in Microsoft Internet Information Services (MIS);
. At least 4 years' experience in Windows Server 2008/2012 (W12);
. At least 1 year's experience in IT Security (ITS);
. 4 years' experience in Microsoft SQL Server (MSS) is an advantage;
. 2 years' experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SAA) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in IT Security Scanning Tools (SST) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 4 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. 4 years' experience in project management (PRM) is an advantage;
. 2 years' experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS) is an advantage;
. 2 years' experience in managing Government projects (MGP) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 4 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
