Job Key No 24325 Job Title/ Category Specialist / Specialist I (Cyber Resilience) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Application Development Nature Permanent Contract Period Employer Business financial institution Location Base Kwun Tong Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Duties Serve a permanent position to a financial institution; Our client is a private company jointly owned by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) and The Hong Kong Association of Banks. The key objective of HKICL is to develop and operate a safe and efficient multi-currency and multi-dimensional financial infrastructure in Hong Kong. At present, it operates an integrated financial infrastructure platform for: - interbank large-value fund transfers denominated in HKD, USD, Euro and RMB; - interbank money settlement of equity and debt securities transactions in Hong Kong via linkage established with the Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Limited and Central Moneymarkets Unit (CMU) system; - interbank small-value fund transfers denominated in HKD and RMB, i.e. the HKD and RMB Faster Payment System; - interbank clearing and/or money settlement of retail payments in Hong Kong such as paper cheques, autocredits, credit card payments, etc.; and - the HKMA’s CMU system as a computer operator. Major Responsibilities - Monitor the company’s cyber security posture; - Perform cyber resilience assessment on new projects and existing processes; - Assist in managing the Security Operations Center (SOC); - Liaise with internal and external auditors in performing cyber resilience assessment and intelligence-led cyber attack simulation testing; - Assist in maintaining and executing the company’s cyber resilience programme plan, tracking programme progress and preparing regular status reports; - Assist in providing input to the company’s risk metrics reporting; - Perform other duties as assigned by the superiors. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 3.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 0.0 Requirements - University degree preferably in information technology, information security, computer science or related discipline; - Minimum of 3 years of experience in technology risk and information security; - Knowledge of ISO27001, HKMA technology risk management and cyber security guidelines (e.g. C-RAF 2.0); - Good problem solving and analytical skills; - Team player with sound interpersonal and communication skills; - CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP and/or other cyber resilience related certifications preferred; - Hands on experience with cyber security assessment tools (e.g. Brup, Acunetix, Metasploit) is a plus; - Candidates with more experience may be considered for the position of Senior Specialist (Cyber Resilience).
