Job Key No 22788 Job Title/ Category Contract Systems Analyst (Bid Ref 45021-4) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Others Nature Contract Deadline 24 Jul 2025 Contract Period 01 Sep 2025 to 28 Feb 2026 (5 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Government T26 Contract Location Base SHATIN and WANCHAI Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) - To support the departmental IBM Notes/Domino email system/infrastructure and related projects/enhancements - To support the Office Automation (OA) systems environment and related projects/enhancements Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the LCSD; - Perform system administration and provide technical support for the departmental email system, Internet email gateway, departmental eFax service, etc.; - Monitor the contractor's performance, risk management and compliance standards; - Participate in the related project management and procurement tasks; - Conduct feasibility study and perform technical evaluation for new technologies or enhancement projects; and - Perform on-call support and other duties as required and work outside normal working hours if necessary Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 8.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 4.0 Requirements - Have a Hong Kong degree, or equivalent; - Level 2 / Grade E or above in Chinese language and Level 3 / Grade C or above in English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent is preferable; - At least 4 years of experience in a supervisory role; - At least 4 years of experience in supporting Office Automation (OA) area; - At least 4 years of hands-on experience in administration and support of email system using IBM Notes / Domino (R8 or above); - Solid hands-on experience in anti-spamming product and related knowledge, e.g. Axway, Ironport; - Solid hands-on experience in eFax software tools, e.g. ExtraFax, RightFax, etc.; - Solid hands-on experience in virtual host environment, e.g. VMware ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V, etc.; - Advanced skills and thorough understanding on Microsoft technologies like Windows Server (Windows 2008 or above); - At least 2 years of solid experience in project management with adoption of common project management methodology such as PMP and PRINCE2; - Experience in project coordination, especially on large-scale rollout activities, supervising external service providers, service contract administration is preferred; - Independent, proactive and able to work under pressure; - Strong analytical ability, management and problem solving skills; and - Possession of certifications of ITIL / PMP / PRINCE2 is preferred. Technical Skills: . At least 4 years' experience in Lotus Notes Mail Admin. & Technical Support (LNM); . At least 4 years' experience in Office Automation (OAN); . At least 3 years' experience in Anti-Spam Technology (AST); . 2 years' experience in Confidential Mail System (CMS) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 2 years' experience in project management (PRM); . At least 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV); . 2 years' experience in Government procurement/disposal procedures (GPD) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in managing Government projects (MGP) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 8 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 4 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
