| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the LCSD;
- To coordinate with contractors and users to develop LCSD Application Systems
- To provide maintenance support and system support for LCSD Application Systems
- To arrange and conduct training for new users
- To perform program development for bug fixing and new enhancements
- To perform report development
- To assist in IT procurement activities
- To provide on-call support for production system incidents during non-office hours and
- To assist Systems Analyst to prepare specifications.

| Requirements |
- Degree holder preferably in IT related discipline
- A minimum of 6 years&;#8217; post-qualification IT experience with at least 2 years&;#8217; experience in systems and projects of similar capacity
- Solid experience in client-server and web-based systems development and implementation using ASP.NET, C#, PL/SQL and MS SQL
- Experience in Java, PL/SQL, GIS, Linux and Web Service is preferable
- Rich hands-on experience in ESRI ArcGIS server v10.6 or above is preferable
- Work experience in coordinating application development activities with external service providers
- Experience in Government projects, management of service contracts, coordinating large-scale rollout activities and familiar with IT procurement procedures will be an advantage
- Independent, proactive and able to work under pressure
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; and
- Good analytical, inter-personal and problem solving skills.
Technical Skills:
. At least 4 years' experience in Web Services (WSV);
. At least 3 years' experience in Geographic Information System (GIS);
. At least 3 years' experience in SQL*PLUS/PL/SQL/PRO*C (OPL);
. At least 3 years' experience in Web Programming (WEB);
. 3 years' experience in MS ASP.NET (MSA) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skill:
. At least 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV).
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
