Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the LCSD; - Coordinate with project teams or contractors and provide support for system implementation and integration to LCSD email systems and departmental eFax platform; - Provide technical and production support for LCSD email systems; - Provide technical and production support for departmental eFax platform; - Liaise with product vendors and DPO, etc. on technical matters; - Provide support for IT equipment procurement; - Conduct Proof-of-Concept (POC), products testing and new technology pilots for projects when necessary; and - Provide on-call support and perform other duties as required, and work outside normal working hours if needed. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 4.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 4.0 Requirements - Have a Hong Kong degree, or equivalent; - At least 4 years of solid hands-on experience in system administration and technical support on Lotus Notes / Domino (R8 or above) - At least 2 year of solid hands-on experience in system administration and technical support on Confidential Mail System (CMS); - At least 2 years of solid hands-on experience in email gateway solutions, e.g. Axway MailGate, IronPort, etc.; - At least 3 years of solid hands-on experience in virtual host environment, e.g. VMware ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V, etc.; - At least 1 year of solid hands-on experience in eFax software tools, e.g. ExtraFax, RightFax, etc.; - Familiar with Windows Server 2008/2012/2016, TCP/IP, data/file backup technology; - Proficient in both spoken and written English and Cantonese; and - Holder of IBM Certified System Administrator &;#8211; Lotus Notes / Domino (R8 or above) is preferred. Technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in Lotus Notes Administration & Technical Support (LON); . At least 3 years' experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT); . At least 2 years' experience in Anti-Spam Technology (AST); . 1 year's experience in Confidential Mail System (CMS) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Data/File Backup Technology (DFT) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Domino and Lotus Script (DLS) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . 2 years' experience in Government procurement/disposal procedures (GPD) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 4 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
